Ms. Sharika Amin

Sharik is a very professional therapist and knows how to help you reflect and find answers within as well. She was able to help my parter and I find our actual issues and her suggestions have been of utmost help. If my marriage is held intact today it is only because of her. Apart from this her pleasant personality, calm demeanour and empathetic nature and non judgmental attitude are just an icing on the cake.

She is great with making you look inwards and helping you reflect upon your behaviors without any judgements. Lastly, she is extremely professional in her approach towards therapy and takes it extremely seriously.

I had a wonderful experience with her, she is really understanding, and experienced in her field. I love that she is not dismissive of my issues and helps me navigate them very efficiently. Her explanation of complex issues make it easy to understand and the suggestions given by her have been really helpful in dealing my isuues

Sharika was amazing , she made me feel comfortable before sharing my emotional trauma. She really provides a space of no judgement and a safe environment for one to share and be open. She has always allowed me to say or express myself as much as i needed and to disclose as much i was ready and felt comfortable with.She understands me and listens with lodz of patience and cares about me and my problems. she has shown me a different perspectives and made me realize the ground realities, which really helped me a lot. She is truly caring, empathetic and compassionate. Thank you so much Sharika.

My previous therapist felt I need to consult an expert and put me on to Sharika . I relectantly agreed as I didn’t want to come out from the comfort zone and share the history all over again .

But after a few sessions I realised why this was required . Sharika helped me understand the complexity of the issue I was facing and made me realise a lot more that I couldn’t see or realise how it was damaging me .

She always remembered every detail of what I’d shared even if months had gone by .

I never felt like a client , I felt like I’m sharing things with a close friend who trusts me completely .

I’m in a very healthy space emotionally today and she has played a huge role on it . Ever grateful .

I started working with Sharika at a time when I was feeling a great deal of mistrust towards therapy because of unhelpful past experiences with other professionals, but I was in great need of help and guidance but wasn't able to reach out or find the right doctor. Unlike the few doctors I tried connecting with after my bad experiences, Sharika was compassionate and patient right from the start before I even became a client of hers. She helped me rebuild my trust in therapy and actively guided me on healthy ways of navigating therapy in addition to the therapy itself. By helping me build this pillar, Sharika not only helped me understand my situation and struggles differently but helped me stick with the process. She is such a remarkable counselor, and I highly recommend working with her. Just don't bother her too much about extra readings or get nerdy like that, she won't comply :)

Highly recommend her. I found her approach really comforting and out-giving. She quickly got what I was going through and she made it easy for me to open up and talk about things. She helped me in recognising the patterns I keep repeating and was pretty non-judgemental. Feels like talking to a good friend who provides you with valuable feedback alongwith insights to help you understand your own thoughts better. If you're at a place right now where you're not sure what you want out of therapy exactly but do realise you need some kind of help, I'd say try taking up a couple of sessions with her and you will have a better understanding of how you wanna proceed further.

I complete 17 sessions with Dr Sharika as of today, and these 17 sessions have helped me learn, understand and regulate emotions and responses originating through my traumas and attachment system better. Therapy with Dr Sharika has been nothing short of a life changing experience for me. She is warm, welcoming and kind in her approach and helps me validate my emotions without judgement. She is driven towards helping growth. She mentioned this once that she loved plants because she loves witnessing things grow, and this value reflects in her process. It may be difficult to precisely word my progress and the changes I experienced through therapy, but I feel like a changed person within: a growing and progressive change.

I have took few sessions with her. She made me realise all the emotions I had deep inside me and how to deal with them, that I was avoiding all this time. She actually listens to you and treat you like a human that she genuinely wanna help and cares for. She gave me the safe space and time to open about the traumatic events I have been through. She listened to me very carefully, empathised and showed that she actually cares. I still have a lot to learn from her. I will forever be grateful that I met her.
